All about shopping
- Choose the desired product, or log in to the system.
- If you are interested in the product, enter the number of pieces and click on the add to cart icon. In this way, you can select and add other products to the shopping cart.
- If you want to stop shopping, click on the shopping cart icon in the top navigation menu. You get access to the contents of the shopping cart, in which you can additionally purchase or change the number of products. Changes made will be reflected after clicking outside the box or pressing Enter. If you are satisfied with your selection, click the "Continue" button.
- Choose a shipping and payment method.
- Enter the delivery data and click the "Continue" button (If you are logged in and have already set up an account, the fields will be filled in automatically).
- After checking all the data and agreeing to the terms and conditions, send the order by clicking the send order button.
- After sending and processing the order, a confirmation of receipt of the order by the operator will be delivered to your e-mail immediately. If necessary, all additional information regarding your order will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
- Your goods will be delivered to you based on the delivery time.
Delivery time
We deliver the goods according to the displayed availability as follows:
availability: in stock - we ship within 1 to 2 working days (for orders by 12:00 p.m.)
availability: within 3 - 5 days - we usually ship within 3 to 5 working days (for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.)
availability: on request - we usually ship within 7 to 10 working days (for orders by 12.00 p.m.)
availability: to order - we will specify the delivery date after confirmation with the supplier
Shipping costs for parcel shipment
Transport across Europe is provided by the courier company DPD. or Packeta. The shipment is sent within 24 hours depending on the selected payment option and the stock shown with the product. When purchasing over €200, we will deliver the goods to you FREE OF CHARGE (applies only to the Slovak Republic).

Product information
Products on the eshop contain all important information such as image, description, parameters, available variants and subvariants, current stock, in some cases instructions, videos or technical documents for download. In case of any questions about a specific product, it is possible to use the "product question" contact form displayed in the details of each product.
Goods insurance
The goods are insured by the transport company for the value of the goods that comprise the shipment. The insurance is valid for the period during transportation until the time when the goods are delivered to the customer. Before taking over the goods from the delivery person, we recommend carefully checking the package or package of the shipment. In the event that the shipment is damaged, we recommend registering this information through the delivery options available, or reporting the shipment immediately as a damage incident on the side of the delivery company.
Exchange of goods
The size does not fit you or you want a different color of the purchased goods. We provide up to 30 days to exchange purchased goods of the same value. Do not hesitate to contact us contact us to exchange goods.
Goods reclaim
For any goods in our e-shop, we provide a guarantee for returning the goods within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. The condition is undamaged goods with original packaging without signs of use. To return such, fill out the withdrawal form from a distance contract which you send to us along with a copy of the invoice by email in the Contact section.
Package tracking
The user is informed about each order status on a special order link, as well as on the entered email, and also in the form of an SMS when it is sent. When the shipment is handed over to the shipping service, a tracking number with a link to track the shipment is sent to the email.
Goods complaint
We provide a 24-month warranty for all goods provided in our e-shop from the date of purchase. In case of a complaint, please go to the Complaints section (registered user) or fill out the Compaints form, which you will send to us along with a copy of the invoice by email in the Contact section.
